We have had an exciting time watching our caterpillars eat and eat and eat and eventually turn into chrysalides. We then had to be really patient and wait for about two weeks before two beautiful Painted Lady butterflies emerged. We very gently released them into our "secret garden" which is just behind our classroom.
We learned all about the life cycle of the butterfly.
