Many thanks for all the donations dropped to the hall last week. An impressive 64 boxes were given to the Turkish Embassy for distribution to areas affected by the earthquake.
A huge thanks to Ebru (Senior Infant Mum) and her friends, who spent two full days sorting, labelling and packing the boxes and brought them to the Embassy. Thanks also to Lesley (6th Class Mum), office staff and past-pupils who gave some hours too.
Thanks also to those who made financial donations to various charities working on the ground in Turkey and Syria - there will be a very long period of uncertainty for people who have lost their homes and livelihoods and fundraising will be ongoing.
