The whole school participated in Wellbeing Week when we tried to practise some mindfulness. We tried to have one minute of absolute silence, (which was a big achievement!!!) to stay calm and listen to any outside noises. We practised yoga in the hall which was really good fun. We talked lots about thinking of others and other peoples’ feelings. We had a wonderful visit from the Irish Guide Dogs Association and we all got to pet one of the ambassador dogs.
